We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- Website analytics — understanding how visitors use our website to improve content and user experience. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent via the cookie banner).
- Compliance with legal obligations — retaining records as required by Ukrainian tax and accounting legislation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. International Transfers
Google Analytics 4 transfers data to servers in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and provides Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. You can review Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Retention Periods
- Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 retains event data for 14 months by default. We have set the retention period to 14 months.
- Contact inquiries: retained for 3 years after the last communication, then deleted.
- Contractual and invoicing records: retained for 5 years in accordance with Ukrainian tax legislation.
7. Your Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or Ukraine, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
