2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing our services — processing inquiries, sending proposals, and delivering consulting engagements. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
  • Website analytics — understanding how visitors use our website to improve content and user experience. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent via the cookie banner).
  • Compliance with legal obligations — retaining records as required by Ukrainian tax and accounting legislation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • Responding to your contact requests — communicating with you when you write to us. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

3. Legitimate Interests

Where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis, those interests are: improving our website, maintaining business records, and communicating with prospective clients. We have assessed that these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

4. Recipients and Categories of Recipients

We share your data only where necessary:

  • Google LLC — as our analytics processor (Google Analytics 4). Google processes data under a Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses. See Section 5.
  • Email service providers — to deliver email communications you have requested.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. International Transfers

Google Analytics 4 transfers data to servers in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and provides Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. You can review Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Retention Periods

  • Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 retains event data for 14 months by default. We have set the retention period to 14 months.
  • Contact inquiries: retained for 3 years after the last communication, then deleted.
  • Contractual and invoicing records: retained for 5 years in accordance with Ukrainian tax legislation.

7. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or Ukraine, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion where data is no longer necessary for the original purpose.
  • Right to restriction of processing — to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Right to lodge a complaint — with a supervisory authority. In Ukraine: the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights. In EU member states: your national data protection authority.

8. Provision of Data

Providing personal data via our contact form is voluntary. If you choose not to provide it, we will be unable to respond to your inquiry or enter into a service agreement with you.
